Who am I
With a strong academic foundation in Society, Culture, and Politics in Education from the University of British Columbia, I bring a global and cross-cultural perspective to public policy and analysis. My experience working with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation in Central Asia sharpened my skills in strategic communication, policy evaluation, and evidence-based problem-solving. I was part of a team that contributed to impactful reforms across academic and scientific sectors in the region.
In addition to my professional experience, I hold certifications in:
Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans (TCPS 2) – Government of Canada
Human Research Ethics – Macquarie University
A Framework for Analyzing Public Policies – National Collaborating Centre for Healthy Public Policy (NCCHPP)
These credentials reflect my commitment to ethical, rigorous, and inclusive policy development. Today, I support organizations, institutions, and governments in crafting data-driven, socially responsive, and forward-looking policy solutions.
